| C2i operates six separate service locations to provide the best support possible. Each service facility coordinates through the Atlanta-based project coordinator to maintain an accurate schedule and to streamline the dispatch of service personnel. Each service center is provided with a company truck stocked with equipment. C2i field engineers are equipped with the latest test equipment to aid in the calibration and service of equipment on project sites. C2i also maintains a stock of the most commonly used components to ensure prompt service. Maintenance and service on field components usually is re-calibration. Maintenance and Service requirements for solid state computer systems are minimal at worst. C2i, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is staffed with qualified personnel who can troubleshoot and correct common hardware problems associated with desktop computer platforms over the phone. Programming engineers are available to assist operators with software problems. C2i provides a modem and a “Reachout” type software package with the computers supplied on a system. This feature allows C2i engineers to troubleshoot computer problems from their desks in Atlanta--a value added service that is incorporated into every system we supply. Computers:
